The acronym MMMM is the Arabic equivalent of the also acronym LGBT. The words that compose it are Misliya, Misli, Mozdawij, and Moghayir, that is, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender.

Moghayirat el jins is the positive neologism coined to refer to transgender and transsexual women.
+Mozdawijat el moyool el jinsiya
Mozdawijat the moyool the jinsiya is a non-pejorative expression that would be the Arabic equivalent of a bisexual woman.
